The good news is that VoIP will pretty much work over your current internet connection, mitigating the need to upgrade your internet service. Whether you currently have fibre, ADSL or LTE mobile, your current internet connection will be enhanced via a quality of service Mikrotik Router that we will provide and customize for your business. If you are interested in fibre, we can do a free assessment whether the fibre is available in your area and at what costs etc maybe. Ask your sales consultant take advantage of this free fibre assessment.

It totally depends on what services you are currently paying for with your current provider. You can expect to save in areas like call costs, line rentals, etc. On average, you could realistically achiever savings in the region of 45 to 75% of your current telecom bill. Simply provide the sales consultant with the latest copy of your telecom bill and they will provide you with comparative analysis at no charge to you.

Our experienced sales consultants will be able to conduct a basic network assessment during their initial visit. There is no charge for this basic network assessment. This data is taken into consideration when the sales consultant customises your quotation. Once a quotation is accepted, a technical manager will conduct a site visit and reassess your network making 100% certain that were are good to go for the installation. There is no charge for this reassessment of your network.

We have a dedicated technical support team that is reachable telephonically Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm or via our email ticket support 24 / 7 / 365. All remote assistance is at a no charge basis, but should your technical issue not be resolved remotely, a technician may need to be deployed to your premises and a call out fee may be applicable. Your first two call-outs a year are at no charge.

Absolutely! The sales consultant will make a copy of your current Telkom / voice providers account and assess what lines and services you will no longer require when porting to us. Only those services that need to remain will be ported to us and billed for. The great thing about VoIP is that you retain your number no matter where you move your premises to.

You can cancel these and SAVE! We will port.

All devices supplied by Smart Communication relating to your new telecom system comes with a full 2 year warranty. If a device fails as a result of a manufacturer's fault, we will replace it at no charge to you. A loan unit will be supplied in the interim while the device is in for repair or replacement.

E.F.T - Electronic Funds Transfer.

Asset finance - your equipment can be financed through a 3rd party finance house over 36 or 60 months.

In-house finance - with an initial upfront deposit, the balance can be financed in-house over 24 months.

In-house - full maintenance rental over 24 months.
